Well Kirby Superstar Ultra is a new game for the Nintendo DS. Its a remake of the game Kirby Superstar for the SNES. Lets review it shall we?
Graphics 9/10
Its pretty basic but still a huuuge leap over Kirby Superstar's. Even though its just your regluar Kirby advanced style it looks better and brighter somehow. odd eh?
Music: 9.5/10
Oh my god. I FREAKING LOVE THE MUSIC IN THIS GAME! With all your favorites returning from Kirby Superstar and more it possibly has the best soundtrack in any Kirby game. Only Problem is the DS Speakers suck. So if you want the full musical experience use headphones.
Story: 8/10 With the 5 games from Kirby Superstar you have the classic Gourmet Race. Spring Breeze, Great Cave offensive, Meta Knight's Revenge, and Milky Way Wishes. It also has 4 (five if you include the true arena) Like The Revenge of the King, a darker version of spring breeze. Meta Knightmare Ultra which is all the modes as Meta Knight, (freaking awesome if i may add), And 3 Others. The stories aren't really presented sometimes but if you play along you may get them. That's why i gave this an 8.
Gameplay: 10/10 Not much to say here The gameplay is smooth and is easy to get used to. Only thing that may take time to get used to is Partners, but if you played Kirby Superstar Its easy as eating pie.
Replay Value: 9/10 With the arena modes there's a lot of time spent into this. like getting 100% Would take a good while with the Great Cave offensive and the Arena modes.
